Product and workflow
On paid plans, no — generation is included in your monthly allowance. If you prefer to use your own OpenAI or Anthropic account, add the key in Settings and AutoBlogForge routes requests through it instead. Keys are stored encrypted and never exposed in the browser.
Only if you ask them to. Every pipeline has a review gate: leave it on and drafts wait in the queue for approval, or turn it off for topics you are comfortable automating. Most teams review the first month, then automate the routine formats.
WordPress and Ghost through their official APIs, Webflow through the CMS API, and anything else through a webhook that receives the draft as JSON or Markdown. You can also export as .txt, Markdown or HTML.
Each draft is checked against the target keyword before it leaves the line: title length, meta description, heading structure, internal link count, keyword placement and readability. Failing checks are listed on the draft so you can fix them in one pass.
Yes. Professional includes three seats and Agency includes ten, each with its own login and role. Client workspaces keep separate pipelines, brand voices and publishing targets.
Plans and billing
The pipeline pauses rather than charging you unexpectedly. You can top up in blocks of 25 articles or move to the next plan, and unused top-ups roll over for 90 days.
Every draft is generated fresh from your brief, and duplicate detection compares new drafts against everything already in your workspace. We recommend a human editor on anything that carries commercial or medical weight — a model does not know your business.
Yes. Plans are monthly or annual with no lock-in, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access to everything you have already published.
Data and privacy
Drafts and account data are stored on servers in the United States and the European Union, encrypted at rest. You can export everything at any time and deletion removes it within 30 days.
No. Your briefs and drafts are not used to train any model, ours or a provider's. Provider requests are sent with training disabled where the provider supports that setting.
Yes, as CSV. Map the columns once and the mapping is remembered for future imports.
Eighteen output languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Indonesian and Japanese. Interface language is English.
Yes, on the Agency plan: create jobs, fetch drafts and receive status webhooks. Documentation lives in the app under Settings, API.
Settings, Account, Delete account. The workspace is deactivated immediately and permanently removed after 30 days, which gives you time to change your mind.
