How AutoBlogForge LLC collects, uses and protects personal information when you use autoblogforge.com and the AutoBlogForge application.
Last updated: March 4, 2026
Who we are
AutoBlogForge LLC is the data controller for information collected through this website and the AutoBlogForge application. Our registered office is 1209 Orange Street, Suite 400, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, United States.
Information we collect
Account information. Name, email address, password hash, workspace name and billing details supplied when you create or upgrade an account.
Content you create. Briefs, keywords, drafts and publishing settings you enter into the product.
Usage information. Pages visited, features used, article counts, error reports and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Communications. Messages you send to support, including any attachments.
How we use information
To provide the service: generating drafts, running checks, publishing to the destinations you connect, and enforcing plan limits.
To bill you and keep the financial records required by law.
To provide support and to notify you of material changes to the service.
To improve reliability and performance through aggregated, non-identifying analysis.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your briefs or drafts to train machine learning models.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on contract performance for delivering the service, legitimate interests for security and product improvement, consent for optional analytics cookies and marketing email, and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.
Sharing
We share information only with processors that make the service work: cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, error monitoring and the AI providers used to generate drafts. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may use the data only on our instructions.
We may disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case we will notify affected users before their information becomes subject to a different policy.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. After deletion, workspace content is removed within 30 days and backups are purged within 90 days. Invoices are retained for seven years where tax law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Requests can be made from your account settings or by emailing us, and are answered within 30 days.
International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union. Transfers out of the European Economic Area are made under Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved mechanism.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication and reviewed quarterly. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users and regulators without undue delay if a breach occurs.
Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
Material changes will be announced in the product and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
