Agreement

By creating an account or using AutoBlogForge you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

AutoBlogForge generates written drafts from briefs you supply, applies automated checks, and optionally publishes drafts to destinations you connect. Features vary by plan and may change as the product develops. We give at least 30 days' notice before removing a feature you rely on.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Accounts may not be shared beyond the seat count of your plan.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to generate or publish material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to impersonate a real person or organisation.

You may not use the service to produce content that presents automated output as human medical, legal or financial advice without review by a qualified professional.

You may not attempt to bypass plan limits, resell access without a written agreement, reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a directly competing product.

Content ownership

You retain all rights to the briefs you supply and, as between you and us, to the drafts the service produces for you. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication and for ensuring it is accurate and lawful in your jurisdiction.

AutoBlogForge LLC retains all rights in the software, interface, documentation and brand.

Output disclaimer

Automated drafts may contain factual errors, outdated information or text resembling other sources. The service does not verify facts, does not provide professional advice, and does not guarantee that published content will rank, convert or comply with any particular platform policy.

Plans, billing and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are in United States dollars and exclude any local sales tax or VAT. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future charges.

If the service is materially unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing period, contact support and we will credit the affected period. Refunds outside that are at our discretion.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates a security or legal risk, or is used to generate content prohibited under Acceptable use. Where practical we give notice and an opportunity to correct the problem.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoBlogForge LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue or data. Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced at least 14 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
